Cucumber Collins Cocktail
Ingredients
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
2 oz. Crop Cucumber Vodka
2 oz. St-Germain Liqueur
Club Soda
Ice
Garnish-Thinly Sliced cucumber
Steps
1. Mix the lemon juice, vodka, and St-Germain Liqueur.
2. Pour over a cocktail glass full of ice.
3. Add club soda to fill to the top of the glass.
4. Finish off with a thinly sliced cucumber slice as a garnish!
