Hampton’s Haute Deviled Egg with Bacon

Ingredients

Ingredients:

* 12 hard boiled eggs
* 4 T. mayonnaise
* 2 T. spicy Mustard
* Sea salt—to taste
* Lawry’s Seasoned Pepper-to taste
* Boar’s Head Bacon-fried

Step 1. Boil the eggs 10 minutes after the water comes to a boil. Drain and peel.
Step 2. Cut the egg lengthwise in half. Slip out the yolks and mash with a fork.
Step 3. Stir in the mayonnaise and spicy mustard. Then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4. Fill the egg white halves with the egg yolk mixture, heaping it and rounding it on top of the egg white.
Step 5. After frying the bacon, cut in half and stick in the center of the egg for a dramatic touch of Hampton’s chic!
Step 6. We placed the egg in a leaf of romaine lettuce in the center of the plate for a fabulous presentation—Hampton’s style!
