Roasted Barbeque Potatoes

These roasted barbeque potatoes are super simple and delicious! They are great as appetizers or as a side dish with your meal!

Roasted Barbeque Potatoes


2 T. extra virgin olive oil
2 T. butter
2 lbs of red potatoes, cut in 1/2
1 T. smoked paperika
2 tsp. seasoned pepper
1 tsp. sea salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 T. brown sugar
1 T. extra virgin olive oil
cilantro-chopped and sprinkled as serving

1. Heat the first two ingredients in a pan. Then cut the potatoes in 1/2 and coat with the next 5 ingredients. Put them into the an to fry.
Cook for 10 min on a medium heat.
2. Now, transfer to a baking sheet and add 1 T. olive oil and bake 30 more minutes or until soft.
3. Then serve on a pretty platter and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
