Greens Beans & Peppers

Ingredients

- 1 lb of whole fresh green beans
- 2 red peppers cut in long slices
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper

Step 1: Heat olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a pan on the stove, then turn to medium heat
Step 2: Once the oil is hot, put the green beans and cut peppers in
Step 3: Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top of the beans and peppers and add salt and pepper to taste
Step 4: Stir the beans and peppers for approximately 15 minutes on medium heat till desired amount of cooking (we usually blacken them slightly)
