We threw a Hamptons Chic and Simply Delicious summer dinner party – dining al fresco of course!  The table theme reflected the nearby ocean, accented with turquoise blue and white corals.  We served a summer inspired local Montauk tuna marinated with key lime and cilantro and a side dish of fresh green beans and peppers.  For a dash of fun, we served it with a sparkling rose from Lieb cellars on the North Fork of Long Island that received 90 points from Wine Advocate!

It was champagne wishes and tuna dreams!

Key Lime Cilantro Grilled Tuna Steak

Ingredients

Ingredients:
* 1/3 cup of olive oil
* 6 key limes
* 3 tsp. of old bay seasoning
* dash of salt and pepper
* 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro leaves
* 2 tuna steaks

In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients
Put steaks into mix and cover bowl
Refrigerate steaks in marinade for 30 minutes
Grill steaks approx. 4 minutes on each side
Garnish with cilantro and additional key limes to taste
