It’s Fall Y’all – Time for Fine Wine! This Delicious red wine is from The Napa of the North – The North Fork of Long Island – and is one of our favorites!

Castello Di Borghese is the name of the winery on Long Island that produces Bordeaux Style nuanced wines. This Winery has a big rustic barn where you can sample their reserved wines paired with artisinal cheeses. The privately guided tours lead people around the property to the cellar and barrel room.

This Fall they are introducing the Founder’s Tour, a more intimate, elevated wine tasting experience.
