Fall is in the air here in The Hamptons and also in our Moscow Mules! We are having a Festive Fall cocktail party with Pumpkin Spice Moscow Mules as our new favorite autumn cocktail to sip with your delicious fall foods! Here is our “Delicious Spicy Pumpkin Moscow Mule”
Spicy Pumpkin Moscow Mule
6 oz ginger beer
4 oz "Spicy Pumpkin" Simple syrup
2 oz your favorite vodka
Combine the three ingredients and pour over ice in a copper cup. Garnish with a cinnamon stick for flair! "Spicy Pumpkin" Simple Syrup: to make this delicious simple syrup is easy!
Combine 2 cups of water
1/2 c. Puree Pumpkin
1 1/3 c. Brown Sugar
Then add 4t. Cinnamon
Each of ginger and cloves, ground, and 1/2 t. Ground Nutmeg.
Stir in minutes on low heat, stirring every few minutes. Then Pour up and it is ready.
