We made a few changes--First, we only made the filling for between the layers and we did not make the icing for the sides and top.
Next, for the top, we put the filling on top too--very thin. Then we added the berries.
We used blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and mint leaves stuck in between the berries. We arranged it in a half moon shape on top!
Oh, Wow--This is a fast and simple cake that is stunning!
