Every Hamptons summer should include a trip to Montauk for the amazing ocean views, beach town vibes and of course the array of great restaurants!  One of our favorites is Arbor, which has cool atmosphere with interesting light fixtures and an outdoor patio to relax on.  They also have a good wine list and some summer food faves.  We ordered the the Cheese & Charcuterie Board  with quince paste and cornichons, followed by the Moules Marinière with Tomato beurre blanc and fries.  We suggest pairing it with an easy drinking Chardonnay from the Finger Lakes vineyard Domaine Leseurre.
