Bacon Jalapeno Artichoke Dip
As Texans we loooooove our Jalapenos, as you can tell from many of our recipes! Fall to us means lots of dips for Saturday games and parties, this one is a cozy favorite. A creamy cheesy artichoke dip kicked up a notch with a few jalapenos, which adds the right amount of spice! Bacon Jalapeno Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 2 14 oz cans of artichokes, drained
- 10 ounces of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of mayonaise
- 2 jalapenos finely chopped
- 6 strips of bacon, cooked
- Salt and pepper
Step 1: chop the artichokes
Step 2: in an oven dish mix together the artichokes, parmesan and mayo, jalapenos and salt and pepper to desired amount
Step 3: Bake in the oven on 350 for approx. 25 and stir occasionally
Step 4: Garnish with bacon and extra parm
