As Texans we loooooove our Jalapenos, as you can tell from many of our recipes!  Fall to us means lots of dips for Saturday games and parties, this one is a cozy favorite.  A creamy cheesy artichoke dip kicked up a notch with a few jalapenos, which adds the right amount of spice!  We love to pair it with our cool basil smash cocktail https://deliciousinthehamptons.com/basil-smash-cocktail/

Bacon Jalapeno Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

- 2 14 oz cans of artichokes, drained
- 10 ounces of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of mayonaise
- 2 jalapenos finely chopped
- 6 strips of bacon, cooked
- Salt and pepper

Step 1: chop the artichokes
Step 2: in an oven dish mix together the artichokes, parmesan and mayo, jalapenos and salt and pepper to desired amount
Step 3: Bake in the oven on 350 for approx. 25 and stir occasionally
Step 4: Garnish with bacon and extra parm
