Greenport, NY is seriously cool.  Sag Harbor’s neighbor to the north it has an amazing laid back beach vibe with tons of great restaurants and shops all with a harbor view!  Not to mention the town is a quick drive to many great wineries in the Napa of the North. To get to Greenport from the Hamptons you can take a ferry ride through Shelter Island which that alone is worth the quick boat ride on the Atlantic.  We dined at newcomer Port Restaurant which is right on the harbor.  It has a fun All American vibe with an outdoor bar and great American food selections such as the tasty burger we had!  Other favorites we spotted was Claudio’s Clam Bar and of course we had our dessert at the Hampton Chocolate Factory in downtown.  Stay tuned as we tour more from the North Fork!
