Bourbon Beer Bread with Jalapenos—-super simple!
Bourbon Beer Bread with Jalapenos
Ingredients
3 cups of king Aurthur’s self rising flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 12 ounces of bourbon beer or any beer you like, 1/2 cup butter, fresh japepanos cut on top and can of jelapons chopped inside.
Preheat oven 35o degrees. Grease pan—loaf pan or oblong. Mix first 3 ingredients. Add in can of drained chopped jalepanos. Spoon into greased pan to bake. Top with fresh quarters long wise jalepons on top. Bake 45 min. Punch holes in top of bread and add melted butter. Bake 15 more minutes. Serve warm. Simply Delicious...Hampton’s Style!
