Champagne Wishes and Cookie Tower Dreams!

Chocolate Chip Cookies and Champagne!  This is the stuff dreams are made of……

This delicious dessert is finger-licking good and super simple with NO COOKING!!  Tate’s Fabulous Chocolate Chip Cookies are the Main Ingredient of this Decandant Dessert!  Lots of Nutella chocolate and caramel with the Amagansett Sea Salt on these cookies make it amazing.  We paired the dessert with one of our favorite sparkling wines from the east end, Wolffer Estate’s Cool as Well Blanc de Blanc sparking wine – it has the right of amount of dry vs. sweet to compliment the cookies.

Tate’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Tower

Ingredients

* Tate’s Chocolate Chip Cookies-a Hampton’s Local favorite
* Amagansett Pure Sea Salt
* Nutella-one medium jar
* Smucker’s Caramel Syrup
* Smucker’s Chocolate Syrup

Step 1: Start with a beautiful Dessert Plate.
Put a Tate’s Chocolate chip cookie on it—there is plenty in the bag—eat one as you make this dessert!:)
Step 2: Now spread some nutella on the cookie until it covers the cookie with a nice thickness and then in the middle indent a spot and pour some Smucker’s Caramel Syrup and then some Smucker’s chocolate syrup. Let it drip over a just a little—use about a teaspoon of each
Step 3: Then sprinkle a few Amagansett sea salt crystals—about 3
Step 4: Repeat this process with about 8-10 cookies
Step 5: Now, on the top cookie, put plenty of nutella and swirl it to make it nice and thick, like you do when you ice a cake
Then you drizzle the chocolate syrup and caramel syrup, so it drips off the top and over the sides to make it look beautiful
Step 6: Top with the Amaganett Sea Salt crystals as the crowing glory—about 6-8 crystal sprinkled beautifully and to your desired taste
Step 7: Time to eat the cookie tower -- with your friends enjoying each layer of Tate’s cookies and sea salt caramel chocolate!
