Christmas Raspberry Baked Brie

Ingredients

1 can Pillsbury Crescent Dinner Rolls
1 round of 8 oz. Brie Cheese--we used Goat Brie
4 T. seedless Raspberry Jam--we used Bonnie Maman
1/3 - 1/2 cup of fresh Raspberries
1 egg, beaten
Assorted crackers-we used Carr Black cracked pepper crackers

Step 1: Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Unroll the dough and press the sections together to form a big square. Cut a few small cut outs with a cookie cutter on the edges and set aside.
Step 2: Place the Brie cheese into the center of the square and top with 2 T. of the jam. Then add the raspberries.
Now add two more tablespoons of the jam on top of the raspberries.
Step 3: Next bring the dough together from all four corners toward the center and press together.
Step 4: Place on a cookie sheet and brush the dough with the beaten egg. Then place the cut outs on top and brush them with the egg. Bake 20-30 minutes or until the dough starts to turn a golden brown. Remove and place on a serving board with crackers.

Now, sit by a roaring fire with friends and add wine! Turn on the Christmas music and Christmas lights!
